Afang Soup –
It is a special delicacy of the Efik and Ibibio tribes of Nigeria, who have adopted this cuisine as part of their cultural identity, and a healthy way of adding more greens to your table. Afang soup is generally eaten with pounded yam , fufu or Eba and is best served warm.
Ingredients:
- Afang leaves ( sliced & pounded)
- Assorted meats (Goat meat)
- Pomo
- Water leaves
- Ogbonge Palm Oil
- Dry Fish
- Stockfish
- Periwinkles
- Crayfish Powder
- Yellow Pepper
