Afang Soup –
It is a special delicacy of the Efik and Ibibio tribes of Nigeria, who have adopted this cuisine as part of their cultural identity, and a healthy way of adding more greens to your table. Afang soup is generally eaten with pounded yam, fufu or Eba and is best served warm.
