Oha Soup Bundle

Oha soup is a native delicacy of the South Eastern people of Nigeria. It is a very traditional soup similar to the bitter leaf soup but cooked with Oha leaves(African rosewood leaves), which is special in itself because the tender leaves used in preparing this soup recipe are seasonal, unlike their bitter leaf counterpart which can be found all year round. It is very simple to prepare, and it is moderately thickened with cocoyam thickener.  

Ingredients:

• Oha Leaves
• Assorted meat (beef, goat meat)
• Pomo
• Ogbonge palm oil
• Yellow pepper
• Stockfish
• Dried fish
• Uziza
• Ogiri
• Blended Crayfish
• Cocoyam thickener
