SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

You will receive a confirmation of order details via your email, please check to see if it’s all correct. If you want to change the delivery address or any other detail please email us on orders@udyfoods.com with the order number.

All orders (Domestic & International) are shipped either via Dhl Express or FedEx/RedStar, with tracked shipping.

Order processing time takes 24hrs.

Shipping time is usually next business day for orders within Lagos and 2 – 5 business days outside Lagos, depending on your location.

RETURNS

Returns on faulty products, or products that do not match the description provided will be honored. Please notify us within 48 hours via email on orders@udyfoods.com with your name, product description and order number.
